Stick chorizo made with a blend of chopped and minced raw pork meat and streaky bacon, with additional salt, paprika and other spices, condiments and authorised additives, kneaded and stuffed into artificial casing, which has undergone an ageing-drying process, which is characterised by its red colour and flavour characteristics.

- COLOURING AND ASPECT WHEN CUT: The cut is homogenous, smooth and well bound, with an intense red colouration and with a net difference between fragments of meat and lard.
